Pipe Owner is to determine the starting price. I’ll be happy to offer advice based on my own selling and buying experience with that particular pipe brand/model.

Ebay listing cost and the final sale fees depend on the starting and ending prices of the auction and they are to be paid by the Pipe Owner.

Paypal commissions will be absorbed by me.

Pipe Owner can be paid by check, cash, money order or through PayPal, as soon as I receive all of the payments from buyers.
